CLIMBING: Makes me do stupid stuff

Today, even though I´m pretty broke after the holiday,
I bought myself a digital scale (with the stupid name Body Balance Milano. Milano? What the hell.) For 798 norwegian kroners I get to see my fat-, water- and musclepercent, every f****** day.

It´s that stupid 7b+, Vri Åtter, at Hauktjern that made me do this.
Going through my trainingdairy yesterday, I found out it was the 8th
day I worked on - and the 5th day I tried to lead - this route, this summer.
In comparision, Oransje tårer at Loven (7b/7b+) only took me three short days.

Since I feel fit, strong, have been climbing more and harder than ever this summer. There´s only one soloution.

As if a scale would make me loose weight.
Well, it certainly told me the numbers:

Kilos 57,3
Fat 22,4 %
Water 57,3%
Muscles 40,5%

So.
I have a LOT of muscles.
Normal would be under 34%.
And.
The fatpercent is also normal. (22-31).
But: I have read that some of the best climbers have like 12-13% only.

Never weighed this much.
My fatpercent is not very low,
maybe I have too much muscles??
Jeeeee. So much for excercising almost every day of the holiday...
and almost no partying!!! I´ll go back to my old standards.
Party all night, eat less and get thin.

Finally. The scale isn´t really very good.
Searching google I found out this scale got last in a test.
I´m not only crazy. I´m stupid and impulsive too.
Let´s hope at least it makes me thinner. And redpoint Vri Åtter.
(Updates will follow!)
